KOENIGSEGG Client Specification Gemera-Thumbnail

Koenigsegg is edging closer to bringing the four-seat Gemera to the showroom, as it recently unveiled the Gripen Atelier—a dedicated facility for the car’s production. Accompanying this exciting announcement is the introduction of the Client Specification Gemera, which introduces new technological advancements from Koenigsegg. One notable innovation is the Light Speed Tourbillon Transmission (LSTT), an all-wheel-drive evolution of the Jesko’s clutchless and flywheel-less Light Speed Transmission. The Client Specification Gemera combines the LSTT with the choice of either the 800 horsepower Dark Matter electric motor or a combination of the Dark Matter and the Jesko’s turbocharged V8, resulting in a staggering total of 2,300 horsepower and 2,000 lb-ft of torque. These extraordinary figures approach the realm of sheer power reminiscent of a freight train. Production of the Gemera is scheduled to commence in 2024, with deliveries slated to begin in 2025, marking an eagerly anticipated milestone for enthusiasts of high-performance automobiles.
