ASTON MARTIN VALOUR COUPE-Thumbnail

With all the spotlight on the DB series cars, the 1970s-era V8 Vantage possesses an unmatched presence. Aston Martin commemorates its 110th anniversary by resurrecting the V8 Vantage in the form of the Valour, a limited-edition GT designed for passionate drivers. Breaking the trend since 2013, the Valour reintroduces a rear-wheel-drive, six-speed manual transmission with a clutch pedal, propelled by a robust 705 horsepower, 5.2-liter V12 engine. Built on the foundation of the DBS Superleggera, the Valour is expected to exhibit similar performance capabilities. Stealing attention within the cockpit, a wood and metal shifter becomes the centerpiece, overshadowing a modest infotainment screen controlled by a turn-and-click controller. The show car showcases a luxurious leather and tweed interior, drawing inspiration from the victorious 1959 DBR1 at Le Mans. Deliveries of the Valour are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023.
