BMW released the M version of X1 SUV with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 312 horsepower, 71 horsepower more than the base X1. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and sends power to all four wheels. The X1 M35i xDrive can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds, a full second faster than the base X1. It also has Adaptive M Suspension and M Sport Boost Function. Visually, it has an M grille and more air intakes on the front fascia. The interior comes trimmed in Alcantara and dark aluminum. It will be available in October 2023.
